We would love your general help and to put you where we need you!

But below are some specific tasks and jobs we need volunteers for, if you have a preference. Would you be willing to sign up for any of them?

A/V

One or more volunteers to run a/v for speakers, entertainment, presentations, etc.

Registration table

A great way to meet people! Greet them as they arrive to help check them in.

Accessibility / luggage

Making sure rooms are set up for wheelchair and other mobility accessibility. And/or: helping to carry folks' luggage upon arrival on Friday morning and/or departure on Sunday. (Not everyone will ask for help with this, but we need a couple of assistants available in case people do request it.)

Conference set-up / break-down

Folks to help put up signage, set up shop, and break things down.

Performance help

Someone to help presenters and performers in line-up for smooth transitions.

Workshop manager

Checking in at the beginning of a couple of workshop sessions to make sure everyone's cool and has what ze needs.
