[Nolose-finance] Non disclosure agreement

Folks,

Attached is an intellectual property non-disclosure agreement that I tweaked a little.  Is this too heavy-handed and legal?  Do we want to go in this direction?

I am also on the lookout for like a therapist's non-disclosure agreement, which might be a little looser than this one.

Let me know what you all think.

Also: I realize we're having issues about the location of our incorporation.  I used Michigan in this, but maybe this is wrong for now?
