okay, some guy wanting to donate (alot) of clothing to the fleamarket 
INSISTS that *i* assign a value to his goods for the tax receipt.

i explained three times that i couldn't do that.  he says he's a cpa, 
and it isn't illegal.

besides telling him to donate elsewhere--  what is the hard line with 
this?  i'd just like to know which code it violates, so i can cite it 
when necessary.

thank you, kind people with knowlege greatly exceeding my own...
