I can't find the specific tax law online to cite, but I'm clear on us being right.  Here are IRS call numbers if anyone wants to have at getting the specific law to cite.  I won't be available to do this til Thurs.  But that guy is wrong, Holly.  Rest assured.  Just because he's a CPA doesn't mean he knows nonprofit law.
