Glad you replied!  Can we talk a little about what exactly we're trying to protect?  Like financial information, personal disclosures, sexual orientation?

Can we make a list of things we want to prevent disclosures about?

Folks,

Attached is an intellectual property    non-disclosure agreement that I tweaked a little.  Is this too    heavy-handed and legal?  Do we want to go in this direction?

I am    also on the lookout for like a therapist's non-disclosure agreement, which    might be a little looser than this one.

Let me know what you all    think.

Also: I realize we're having issues about the location of our    incorporation.  I used Michigan in this, but maybe this is wrong for    now?
