--I would maybe lump Mailing Party host and goers as separate sub-items
under an umbrella item that offers pizza and Good Tymescz! (Well, the
latter is me getting carried away.)
--#3--the street outreach leader wouldn't actually have to coordinate
printing, just accepting the shipment and sending them far and wide
(inc. shipping 800 or so of the cards to the Mailing Party Host.) It's
about 2000 cards total...
--#6--maybe call "Print Ad Team"? Less vague...
--Right now, Joe has signed on for #6, and Zoe-Robin (I think?) for
#7--did you guys want other folks to take this over? Extra folks to
help? Or are you good w/keeping this on your own and want this taken off
the list? Let Max know...
