Ok, so here's an updated draft with your suggestions, Dev. I've got Joe down
on my list as being a Print ad team member. Joe, I will forward the names of
anyone else I gather for that team.

Feedback from anyone else? I can take the internet one off if Z & R want to
comprise that team. Just let me know. After that, I'll start sending this
out if I have your blessings.

Hey Nolose community!

Nolose 2008 is coming soon, and there's lots to do to get ready. We need
your help getting the word out. Get in on the action! Join a Nolose outreach
team. We promise camaraderie and a fat-tastic good time!

Look over the list of where folks are needed and email Max at
volunteer at nolose.org to let us know what you'd like to do.

1. Pizza & mailing party peeps!

a. Host (one or two people)
-- receive a box of 800-1000 letters in the mail, along with sticky labels
-- buy envelopes and stamps (immediate reimbursement or money up front)
-- order pizza (nolose pays)
-- have a bunch of folks over to eat pizza, stuff envelopes, and stick the
labels and stamps on (the envelopes, not the pizza)
-- stick those envelopes in a mailbox
-- this person would best be in a location where there are a bunch of other
nolose folks

b. Mailing party goers (five to ten people)
-- in same geographic area as mailing party (see above)
-- eating pizza, stuffing envelopes, sticking labels and having fun with
other Nolose folks!

2. Street outreach leader (one person)
-- Accept shipment of 2000 Nolose postcards
-- Send batches of cards to team members for posting in their towns
-- Nolose will reimburse for postage
-- Research events in NE where cards should be distributed

3. Street outreach team members (a hundred people)
-- place Nolose cards at events and other places around their town

4. Print ad team (three or four people)
-- help brainstorm where to advertise
-- contact places to get ad specs or explore ad exchanges
-- liaison between Nolose graphic designer and ad salespeople to get ad
published

5. Internet outreach team members (two or three people)
-- identify web sites, blogs and email lists where Nolose can be publicized
-- post Nolose info in those places as it gets released
