[Nolose-outreach] Getting moving on outreach

Hey folks,

I have a few items of committee business.

1. Do we have a meeting scheduled?

2. Design for 2008 conference materials: What's the status? Are we hiring
out?

3. Print ads -- I guess this needs to wait for a design, eh?

4. Outreach volunteer status:

Mailing party host: Stefanie Snider in L.A, who has recruited 8-10 people to
help.

Postcard handler/distributor: Laura Spalding in Northhampton (never been to
nolose -- has anyone met her?)

Street outreach (postcard distro): we have folks for bay area, NoHo, and
nowhere else. Once we're closer I'll recruit for this directly with people
who live in key locations.

Internet outreach folks: Zoe Meleo Erwin, Stefanie Snider, Jodi Longobardo

Print ad team: Joe Libin and Sarah Doherty (do we need more folks here? tell
me what's needed and I'll find it)

Design? Do you want me to find someone?

5. Does someone here have a good working relationship or friendship with
Robin? I'm concerned that she's upset about the volunteer job split and
could use a check-in of some sort. I tried, and am not sure I got anywhere,
as she hasn't responded to me.
