[Nolose 2007 Venue] dividing the search into regions

I'll sign up for Napa and Lake, but I'm also interested in people posting to this list when they go out and look at potential venues, wherever they may be.  I'd be into taking some day trips as I'm available, and only if other venue-scouters want company.  I also have a running, functional car these days, so can physically travel myself to scout.

 Please choose a region, and let us know which region you're picking. If people prefer me to just assign regions, I can do that, too.

Things we need to know about a place:
 
-- is it accessible to wheelchairs, scooters, and supersize folks?

-- how many people can the place accomodate?

-- what are the facilities like (sleeping spaces, meeting rooms, dining area, pool, etc)?
 
-- approximate costs?

-- dates available in October, 2007?

let me know if i'm forgetting anything here.
