[Nolose 2007 Venue] what we are searching for

Hi all,

It would be helpful to know more about what we are looking for. 
1) How many rooms are we looking for and how many people are we expecting? Or at least what range? 50 rooms? (or how many beds?) 
2) What kind of price range are we looking at? 
3) What are the "musts"- for example, a large meeting room that can accomodate the whole group at once seems like a must.
4) Do scooters need anything besides a regular outlet to charge?

Also, as a tip, I suggest we look for "swinger" spaces which often offer privacy and seclusion. Not that I know any of those places. Really.

And I am excited about day trips to look at spaces, so feel free to call me -

Things we need to know about a place:
 
-- is it accessible to wheelchairs, scooters, and supersize folks?

-- how many people can the place accomodate?

-- what are the facilities like (sleeping spaces, meeting rooms, dining area, pool, etc)?
 
-- approximate costs?

-- dates available in October, 2007?
