Just talked with one of my potential locations, and the accessibility 
issue is not going to work out there. I am waiting for one more call 
back, but after that, I feel like I am running up against the wall for 
Marin and Sonoma (and a few beyond). I have checked out 25 places, and 
they all have non-negotiable obstacles.

I will continue the search, but am wondering about a backup plan. If we 
can not find a smaller place or retreat type of setting, do we want to 
consider looking at more hotel types of places? I know it is strongly 
not our preference, and all for good reason, but it is starting to feel 
like we need to expand our search options at some point, and I am 
wondering if that point is close to being here.

While I know that the hotel option is our least desirable, it seems like 
the two biggest obstacles I am running into are finding a place that is 
big enough and accessible, with accessibility being a real challenge. I 
guess it is not surprising given how not flat things are around here, 
but somewhat surprising none the less.

How should we move forward?
