Here’s how to participate in the community conversations.
READ THE NOTES ON THE CONVERSATIONS AS THEY’RE HAPPENING:
We will have a volunteer typing notes on the conversation into a google document as it’s happening. (If you type at least 80wpm and would like to volunteer for this job, contact sarah dot doherty dot nolose at gmail dot com!)

Notes for conversation on accessibility & disability justice: click here.
TYPE YOUR COMMENTS TO THE GROUP:
Sign into our chatroom. Click here for more information. Write “RAISE HAND” and then type your comments to the group. They will be read out loud by the online facilitator during the discussion(s).
DIAL IN TO OUR CONFERENCE CALL:
US phone number 1 (218) 862-6420; access number: 636491.
PLEASE mute your phone when you are not talking so we do not have feedback, which makes the conversation less accessible for folks with sound sensitivities and folks who are D/deaf or hard of hearing.
We will have a facilitator just for online tech issues, and to help take stack during the conversation. If you are participating via phone only, and cannot type your comments in to our chatroom, you can quickly interrupt the conversation to say “RAISE HAND” and your name so the online facilitator knows to call on you. (So if I were calling and had something to say, I would unmute my phone, say, “RAISE HAND SARAH” to join the stack, and then mute my phone until the facilitator called on me.)
You can also contact us ahead of time with your comments or questions at feedback at nolose dot org.
